In parallel of my engineer training at ESA school, I chose enrol to the International Vintage Master course during the last 2 years of my universitary training. The Master course is diversified and opened onto the international scene and it gives its students various skills which seems, according to me, its main asset. Today, a professional of the vineyard and the wine within the global economy, has to be aware of the modern technics, the management methods and marketing. And has to work according to the international organization of the wine economy The Master Vintage course gives to its students the keys to understand all these activities and to constitute their own knowledge. Now, I am a wine grower in Blayais (Bordeaux) on my family vineyard of 60 ha. The international dimension of the Master allows me today to speak 4 foreign languages and to develop the exports towards the countries in which my friends’ networks are established. Moreover, the polyvalency offered by the Vintage course enables me to feel confident in so various disciplines such as viticulture, vinification, management and marketing which are the essential tools for my daily work.
