Objectives

The Erasmus Mundus is a program of cooperation and mobility in the field of higher education. It aims to improve the quality of European higher education and to promote intercultural understanding through cooperation with third countries.

The program supports master’s courses of outstanding quality and provides scholarships to students enrolled in these masters.

The "Erasmus Mundus" is awarded to those course of excellence which are evidence of a common stimulant, which lead to training, and contribute to the convergence of educational systems and the attractiveness of European higher education.

The program has been launched in 2004 for a period of five years. The Vintage master has been renewed for 5 new years in 2009.

Erasmus Mundus students

Students who are eligible can subscribe to the Erasmus Mundus scholarship.

Others can also benefit from scholarships allowing them to finance a part of tuition.

Since 2007, an 3100 euros Erasmus Mundus scholarship is also available for European students wishing to make a stay of study or practice for a period of 3 months with our partners in a third country : South Africa (University of Stellenbosch), Chile (Pontificia Universidad de Chile) and Switzerland (Ecole d’ingénieurs de Changins).

Erasmus Mundus for scholars (academic or professional)

Erasmus Mundus scholarships are available for Scholars wishing to conduct research and teaching in the fields of viticulture, oenology and the marketing of wine.

They concern non-European scholars wishing to carry out education in Europe and the European scholars wishing to carry out education outside Europe.

The scholarship covers travel and living costs for a three-month mission :

3-month stay = € 13 000

To apply, you must be from a "third country" university (every country in the world except the 27 EU member states, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Croatia, Turkey and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia).

You can come and teach or participate in research in our European partners proposing the course of your choice.

These scholarships are awarded to the best universities on a competitive basis. It should be noted that scholars from third countries are required to ensure their own coverage in insurance.
