Our 4 semester course comprises 7 modules, studied in one of the partner universities, a 3 week study trip and a professional project of 6 to 8 months leading to the drafting of an end-of-studies report (Thesis).
Lectures are given by professionals of the wine sector and als by university teachers.

- n°1 : Languages -10 ECTS credits, 5 weeks
- n°2 : Wine terroirs -6 ECTS credits, 3 weeks
- n°3 : Economy and marketing -12 ECTS credits, 6 weeks
- n°4 : Audit and organisation of wine sectors -12 ECTS credits, 6 weeks
- n°5 : Vine growing and environment -12 ECTS credits, 6 weeks
- n°6 : Study trip -8 ECTS credits, 3 weeks
- n°7 : Oenology -18 ECTS credits, 9 weeks
- n°8 : Preparation for the professional project -8 ECTS credits, 4 weeks
