-In 2011,it was held in Romania, Italy and Greece ; in 2012, Spain and Portugal.

3 weeks at the end of June and the beginning of July of the year N+1

  To discover a vineyard
  To observation of the organization of the wine sectors
  To understand the links between soil and typicity of the wines.
  Application of the knowledge obtained at the time of the other modules of Vintage Master

Organization

  Visit producers, structures of defense of the profession...
  Visualization of the wine landscapes
  Visit development and research centers
  according to the countries, visit of nurseries, distilleries, ...

Evaluation :

An individual written report. The student must write a synthesis of the visits following a focal area.
