Place : In a company or a wine organisation, Country of the student’s choice.
Duration and Period : Six to eight months as from July of the year N+1.
Objectives :
Having a professional experience while dealing with a problem of the company/organisation.
Being able to tackle a question taking into consideration its scientific, technical, strategic and human aspects.
The professional project consists in being in a professional situation and solving problems posed by the reception facilities. Throughout the project, a professor advises and assists the students in their work.

The setting The professionnal project can be led in a company (production, sale, consulting...), a technical setting or a place of research, a university laboratory... The students have to find by themselves the place where they want to make their professionnal project. Offers given to the teachers of the partner universities are nevertheless offered to the students.
