End of studies professional project

Place :

In a company or a wine organisation,
Non European Erasmus Mundus scolarships beneficiaries must choose a European Country whereas other students can choose any country.

Duration and Period :

Six to eight months as from July of the year N+1.

Objectives :

-  Having a professional experience while dealing with a problem of the company/organisation.
-  Being able to tackle a question taking into consideration its scientific, technical, strategic and human aspects.

The professional project consists in being in a professional situation and solving problems posed by the reception facilities. Throughout the project, a professor advises and assists the students in their work.

Organization

Professional insertion : 8,5 ECTS
Drafting of a report written according to a schedule of conditions : 8,5 ECTS
Drafting of an English digest : 8,5 ECTS
Oral defence in front of a jury of teachers and professionals : 8,5 ECTS.

Example of end-of-studies projects

-  Retailing Côtes du Rhône wines, strategic and marketing recommendations
-  Installation of a panel of sensory analysis within a Champagne company
-  Wine and oenological practices Guide adapted to the Loire Valley
-  Analysis of the competitions of wines for the European Market

The companies host

The professionnal project can be led in a company (production, sale, consulting...), a technical setting or a place of research, a university laboratory...

The students have to find by themselves the place where they want to make their professionnal project. Offers given to the teachers of the partner universities are nevertheless offered to the students.
