Admission requirements
Applicants must have completed a higher education degree in science, such as :
-  a "Bachelor of Science" (a three-year scientific course),
-  a French "licence" or "maîtrise" or DNO
-  an equivalent diploma from another European country.

Applicants must demonstrate interest for the wine profession.

Concerning the applicants in employment who wish to pursue the master’s degree through an adult education system, the admission requirements will be examined closely by the teaching committee teaching.

Language level
A good level of English and French is obligatory. Other languages, especially those of the partner universities, are an additional advantage

English (except candidates of english mother tongue) : the minimum TOEFL score required is 470 (or TOEIC 550) or equivalent certificate French (except candidates of french mother tongue) : the minimum TEF score required is 541 points (or TFI 550) or equivalent certificate(certificates in English and French to be sent at last for june 30th)

It is to be returned filled in before december 15th 2008 for the Erasmus Mundus scholarships applicants . For European students and students from AELE/EEE countries (Island, Liechtenstein, Norway) and Candidates countries to UE (Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Croatia)application form must be sent before april 15th 2009.

You must send with it, in French or English... :
-  a letter of candidature
-  two letters of references of your institution if you did not make your higher studies in one of the partner universities,
-  a certified photocopy and translation in French or English :
of your highest diploma obtained
of marks of the examination of end of the secondary education
of marks of the two last years of higher studies
-  a curriculum vitae.
-  1 recent photograph of identity
-  an envelope at your address.
-  A cheque or a money order of 10 to 50 euros (application fees amount to 10 euros for countries with a GNIPC below 5 000 dollars ; they amount to 50 euros for countries with a GNIPC over 5 000 dollars).

If you are graduate of a partner university of the master, also send a copy of the candidates’ file, by electronic mail or postal, to the teaching person in charge at your university of origin.

Your written application will be examined, then if it is accepted, you will be invited for an oral interview (by phone for overseas coutries) The final selection will be done by the teaching committee and the results will be communicated before June 30.

The next school entry will take place at the end of september 2009 in Angers (France).

It will begin with a fixe-week preparatory course for non-french natives.
