TO COME TO ANGERS (FRANCE)

By plane then by train, of Paris :
There are each day 5 TGV (High-speed train) direct of the Airport Roissy-Charles of Gaulle in Angers.
You can also travel by the "Shuttle drunk" to the Maine-Montparnasse station then the TGV, direction Nantes/Le Croisic, with stop in Angers.
Cost of the voyage : approximately 40 €. Obligatory reservation.

To come with the ESA by the bus :
At the station of Angers, to take the bus line 7, direction "Guillebotte". To go down to the station "Blondeau".
Cost of the bus : approximately 1 euro.

COST OF LIVING

The cost of living in France can be compared with any other European country. For the basic expenditure like food, housing and transport, a student must count, to live in Angers, on a budget from approximately 475 to 600 € /mois, that is to say :
  Housing : 168 to 300 € per month
  Food : (Ticket of University canteen : 2,65 € per meal in 2004-2005) 165 € per month
  Transport : (Tickets of bus) : around 30 € per month

Group ESA does not have its own residence, but rooms can be reserved for the students coming from abroad ; for example...
  A room out a students residence starting from 300 € /month,
  A room "in family" : 350 € for the room and the breakfast
  A room downtown : aroud from 270 € /month, plus one month of guarantee

HEALTH AND INSURANCE

For the foreign students, if you are amenable to the European Union, get you the E218 form in your country. Otherwise, you must subscribe an Insurance private Health (obligatory for the stays of more than three months).
