Access to the city

-  Plane : The international airport of Valencia (VLC) offers daily flights to major Spanish cities and overseas. If you take a taxi from the city to the airport, it may cost you about 13 €, however this price may vary depending on the traffic.

-  There is also a bus route that goes to the airport, it is a yellow bus of the CVT company, bus number 30, which runs every day except Sundays and bank holidays. It costs 1.70 € and connects the airport and the bus station which is situated in C/Menéndez Pidal 13. Airport Information :(+34) 96 159 85 00

To come to VERA campus

Apart from private transport, there are different ways of getting to the Vera Campus Site, by using public transport :

-  EMT buses net (the local bus company). There are eight routes, with bus stops in different parts of the city, which go to the Campus. These routes are : 9, 18, 29, 30, 31, 40, 41, 71.

-  You can also get to Vera Campus Site by route 4 of the metro, which is a modern tram and runs from Ademuz to Doctor Llull and has four stops by the Campus

Accomodation and food

-  Vintage master employs a private accomodation society to find flats, shared-room, shared-houses in Valencia. Vintage students doesn’t have to find by themself.

-  The average price of a rented flat ranges approximately from 100.00 to 190.00 € per month/person, which does not include bills such as water, gas and electricity.

-  A self-service is available at the University, cost per meal : 4,65 euros.

Banks

There are three banks located at the Agora on Vera Campus Site and one at the Galileo Galilei premises. They are open from Monday to Friday 8:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There are also cash point machines available while Vera Campus Site is open.

Other Banks are usually opened in the morning, from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.

Transports

-  Buses : The Transport Company of the Valencian Government (EMT) runs the bus service in the city. A bus ticket costs about 1.00 €.

-  Metro : 1,10euros. For further information, phone : +34 900 46 10 46.

-  Tram : A very mordern Tram (known as Metro Line 4) runs through the city of Valencia. It runs from the “Pont de Fusta or Estación de Madera” (just in front of the Torres de Serrano) to the Malvarrosa Beach.
