In a few words The ETSIA (Higher Technical training school Agricultural engineers) of Valence was founded in 1959 and was at the origin of current Polytechnic Université of Valence (UPV). Today, the university community gathers 36.500 people, including 34.456 students, 2.030 teachers and 1.000 paid who work in the administration and the services. The international vocation of the UPV results in a strong presence abroad, with a site in Bogota (Colombia), agreements with the Center of Technical Training of Buenos Aires (Argentina), the University Center of Studies on the Environment (Mexico), the Center of Studies of Advanced Technologies (CETA) of Havana (Cuba) and the DeCOSUR Foundation in Colonia (Uruguay). Role in Master In the course of Master, the "Departamento de Tecnología de Alimentos - UPV" proposes modules 4 "Vine growing and Environment" and 5 "integrated Oenology". Professors of this university can intervene in modules 1 "Economy and Marketing" and 2 "Organization of the wine sectors" organized by the ESA of Angers.
